By purchasing a beat or sound kit from SickoBeats you agree to the following terms. Each beat is licensed, not sold outright, unless you buy exclusive rights directly from me — the underlying composition and master recording remain my property in every non-exclusive license.

Your rights depend on the license tier you buy (Basic, Standard, Premium or Unlimited): each one sets the file formats, distribution copies, streams, music videos and live-performance rights included, as listed in the Licensing section on the home page. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or claim authorship of a beat's instrumental as your own production.

You must credit "SickoBeats" as producer in the title or description of any release made with a licensed beat, unless you purchased exclusive rights.

All sales are final. Because beats and sound kits are delivered as digital files, refunds are not offered once the files have been downloaded, except where required by law or in the case of a duplicate charge.

Sound kits (drum kits, one-shots, loops) are licensed for use inside your own music productions. You may not resell, redistribute or repackage the sounds themselves, individually or as a kit.

Beats and kits are provided "as is." I'm not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the files. These terms may be updated from time to time; the version published on this page is the one in effect.

This site does not run its own checkout — purchases are processed by BeatStars through the embedded player, so payment details and order information are handled under BeatStars' own privacy policy and terms, not stored on this website.

If you message me directly on Instagram or by email, I only use the information you share (name, contact details, beat requests) to reply to you and to deliver custom work or licenses you've asked for. I don't sell or share your information with third parties.

This site may use basic, privacy-friendly analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they view, without identifying you personally. No third-party advertising trackers are used.
